Moonbeach is located on the west coast of Sinai, half way between Cairo and Sharm el Sheikh on the Red Sea shores of Egypt and near the small local town of Ras Sudr. It is close enough to Cairo and the Great Pyramids for a day trip, and for the austere Mount Sinai and St Catherine’s monastery. Diving is also possible en route from Sharm el Sheikh and you can fly to Cairo or Sharm el Sheikh Airport (Cairo is half an hour closer).
