YOGA ~ Holidays & Drop ins
Professional experienced teaching in a relaxed and flexible environment .

You can either book a full yoga holiday, a combination package with windsurfing or kitesurfing or simply drop in to a few sessions onsite.

Either way you can turn up to as much or as little as you like. On your own or with pals, this holiday is all about the right balance of activity, relaxation, social or solitude that you are after. If you intend to be dedicated but find yourself by the beach bar instead, no one will chastise you! Moonbeach is an ideal place to try yoga or immerse yourself fully for a total rejuvenational experience.

Beginners and intermediates are well catered for with experienced teachers offering a broad spectrum of yogic teachings. Advanced students should speak with the teacher before booking to ensure that the level is appropriate for them. Groups are small however (max 12) so the structure is very flexible.

Two sessions per day are offered usually in the indoor waterfront studio with its calmness & peaceful panoramic views. Occasional outside classes - please ask your teacher. Full yoga students are also entitled to a 1-2-1 with the teacher.Find out more about the yoga classes on ‘Teachers & Classes'

The rest of the day you can enjoy either horizontally lapping up the sun, or get involved in the other activities at the centre such as windsurfing or a hike into the hills; or if you are fortunate the dolphins may swing buy so you can swim with them on one of our free boat trips. Further afield are excursion options to Mount Sinai, Cairo's Great Pyramids or the mystical Bedouin desert.
